Key Responsibilities

This recruitment aims to identify talented individuals to support university operations. The successful candidate will be assigned responsibilities to ensure smooth academic and examination workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on assigned duties within the Study & Examinations Office, responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the preparation and coordination of examination schedules and related arrangements.
  • Maintaining and updating student academic records, course registrations, grades, and examination data.
  • Organizing and properly filing examination documents and academic records.
  • Coordinating with faculties, lecturers, and relevant administrative offices regarding examinations and academic schedules.
  • Assisting students with inquiries related to study plans, examinations, schedules, and academic procedures.
  • Following up on the submission and completion of grades and examination-related documentation.
  • Preparing reports, lists, schedules, and other documents as required.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and proper filing of academic and examination documents.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of student and academic information.
  • Supporting the Study & Examinations Office during examination periods and other peak academic activities.
  • Performing other administrative duties assigned by the Study & Examinations Office.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a university, educational institution, student affairs, examinations, registrar, or administrative position is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, lecturers, faculty administrators, and other departments.
  • Fluency in Arabic and good working proficiency in English.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive academic information professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Duties include:

  • Supporting the Faculty’s academic, administrative, and operational activities.
  • Coordinating communication between the Dean, faculty members, administrative staff, university departments, and relevant stakeholders.

  • Assisting in the preparation and organization of meetings, schedules, agendas, and follow-up actions.
